Why Coliving is the new Real Estate innovation ?

The Real Estate market in the main European cities is unbalanced. For instance, there are 12,6 demanding people for one available flat in Paris according to a survey realized by Locservice. Paris is one of the most unbalanced markets where the demand is much higher than the supply but the other European main cities suffer from the same issue. However, the production of new residential units are limited by administrative, technical and economical reasons therefore this situation should not improve the years to come.

In addition, the survey of Locservice highlights the main negative points tenants experience in shared residential units : the dirt of the house, the distribution of the cleaning tasks among the tenants and lastly the visitation of the rooms.

The Coliving concept is a way to provide shared residential units – that can invert the current unbalanced market situation – limiting the negative points of usual shared flats.
